New Closet, New you!

Day after day, we look at our overstuffed closets and feel that gnawing sense of overwhelm.

We know we have so much stuffed into our closets that we don’t wear, yet it sits there, month after month.

Of course, it’s time consuming to go through each piece that is hanging in there, try it on and decide if it’s a keeper or should it be donated.

Not only does it take time, but it also means being very honest with whether it still fits, is age appropriate, is still your style and, most importantly, if you like how you look in it.

Does it make you feel good about yourself?
Are you excited to put it on, accessorize and go?

You see, getting dressed can be simple: you pare down your closet to only having what you need, love and enjoy, encompassing your business and daily lifestyle.

I’m always asked if it means getting rid of everything. Of course not! However, it does mean becoming unattached to the “maybes” and “what ifs.”

Well, I ask you this question: Why do you want to hold onto something that doesn't fit right? That just isn’t your style anymore?

I am a believer of buying right and less is always more. When you have the right foundation for your wardrobe, you can create great outfits by mixing and matching, and get dressed w/ ease. You know what to shop for when you are looking to buy something new and, most importantly, you are saving time & money by not shopping randomly.

Questions to ask yourself:
1. Are you tired of the stuff? Are you in a place in your life where you want less, but better?
2. Are you continuously buying because it’s on sale, yet the truth is you have worn it only once…so it sits there?
3. Are you going back to work and are bored with your current wardrobe, yet you feel guilty buying when you have so much?

This is what I know from my many years of working with clients, whether their closets are big or small.
1. Having an organized closet edited down to what you want, like & need is super empowering.
2. You will stop spending so much time getting dressed, trying on, taking it off and trying something else.
3. You will save money while shopping because you will have a purchasing strategy of what to buy and the reason why.
4. Your confidence and self-esteem will soar because you will be wearing the right colors, and styles for you.

So how can I help?

If you’ve resonated with this so far, it’s time for a closet edit! I’ll work with you to find out which pieces in your closet can be kept, donated, and repurposed.

Chances are you already own great pieces that can be tailored, accessorized or styled in fresh new ways. With clarity on what you have and what you need, you’ll be equipped to shop smarter.

Are you ready to organize, have new outfit combinations, and feel more confident?
